Job Title: IT and Facility Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and efficient operation of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive work environment by managing facility operations, vendors, assets, and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage vendors, contractors, security, and cleaning services.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility services and workplace functionality.
• Conduct facility inspections and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Maintain company assets, records, and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
• Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility or office administration.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, vendor management, and workplace safety.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
