Job Title: Chef de Partie (Pasta & Burner Section)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (Pasta & Burner Section) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes, managing the burner section, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth food production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage the burner section, including sauces, grilling, and hot kitchen preparations.
• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pasta preparation and hot kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

• N150,000 / Month
