Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our fashion brand.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, digital marketing, content creation, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera, creating compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Create high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Capture fashion-related content, including product showcases, styling videos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and lifestyle content.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the fashion industry.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, models, influencers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Support paid social media advertising campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
• Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and trend-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize performance.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to commute to Wuse 2.

Working Arrangement:

• Hybrid work model (combination of remote work and in-office attendance).
