Summary

• Light Heights Global Services is seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship and Business Development Officers to join our team.
• We are looking for professionals with proven expertise in student recruitment, admissions, visa application support, sales, and lead conversion within the travel and education industry.
• This role is designed for individuals who can drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute significantly to revenue generation.

Performance Information Required
Applicants should be ready to provide details on:

• Years of experience in visa application and admissions
• Years of experience in sales and marketing
• Number of leads generated individually
• Number of leads converted individually
• Number of successful visa approvals achieved
• (Additional performance tracking may be requested during screening.)

Experience Required

• 3–5 years experience in visa application and admissions processing
• Experienced in Strategic business development and product
• Experience in relationship building and revenue generation

Areas of Expertise:

• Academic travel destinations (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, Europe, etc.)
• Non-academic travel destinations
• Student recruitment and enrollment
• Visa advisory and processing

Marketing Expertise:
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following channels:

• Digital Marketing:
  • Social media marketing
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Online conversion strategies
  • Email and WhatsApp marketing
• Field Marketing:
  • School outreach and partnerships
  • Corporate relationship management
  • Events and exhibitions
  • Community engagement activities.

Remuneration

• Potential earnings of N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
• N50,000 - N150,000 monthly logistics.

Compensation Breakdown:

• N100,000 - N250,000 per clients.
