We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Amo Agrotech Limited is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and expand market presence for its range of agricultural, livestock, poultry, feed mill, and processing equipment solutions.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's agricultural and livestock equipment solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within poultry farms, feed mills, livestock farms, and agro-allied businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' sales experience.
  • Experience in agricultural, livestock, poultry, feed mill, or equipment sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
