Role Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Art Director / Creative Lead who consistently develops strong visual ideas, leads creative thinking, and elevates the quality of work across brands and campaigns.
• This role is for someone who can move beyond execution to shape concepts, guide creative direction, and make sound creative decisions.
• You should be able to translate strategy into impactful visual communication while inspiring confidence in both clients and team members.

Your Duties

• Turn brand strategy into clear and effective creative direction
• Develop strong ideas across campaigns, content, branding, and advertising projects
• Lead the visual development and execution of creative work across multiple channels
• Translate briefs and strategy into compelling concepts and creative solutions
• Present and defend creative ideas internally and when required with clients
• Guide and mentor designers and junior creatives to improve the quality of output
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Account Managers, and other team members
• Make creative decisions and take ownership of outcomes
• Ensure all work meets high creative, brand, and production standards
• Stay informed on design trends, culture, consumer behaviour, and industry developments
• Advise brands on visual opportunities that support business and communication objectives

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Leadership (agency experience preferred)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative leadership, and exceptional execution
• Excellent skills in design, typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to develop ideas that are both creatively strong and commercially effective
• Comfortable owning decisions, leading projects, and managing expectations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Curious, disciplined, and open to challenge
• Ability to maintain high standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Consistently deliver work that requires fewer revisions because the thinking is sound from the outset
