We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Digital and Advertising Manager

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends

Advertising and Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize advertising spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.

Website and Online Presence Management:

• Oversee company website performance, content updates, and user experience.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.
• Ensure website traffic growth and lead generation effectiveness.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across all company platforms.
• Create engaging content that promotes the company's products and services.
• Monitor online engagement and respond to customer inquiries where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or related areas are an added advantage.
• 6–10years' experience in digital marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
• Develop strategies to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
