We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Store Assistant will support the efficient operation of the store through inventory handling, stock documentation, receiving and issuing materials, and maintaining organised storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Assist in inventory documentation and record maintenance.
• Support stock issuance and receipt processes.
• Arrange and organise materials within the store.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory verification exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store environment.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 1 year experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
