Job Title: Field Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven candidates to promote our beauty and makeup products, increase brand visibility, generate sales leads, and build strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
• The successful candidate will represent the brand in the field, engage directly with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, execute marketing campaigns, and drive product sales across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion and Awareness:

• Promote IDA Beauty products through direct marketing activities and face-to-face customer engagement.
• Increase brand awareness by educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activations.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, samples, and promotional items.

Sales Generation:

• Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, salons, spas, and beauty businesses.
• Drive product sales by actively promoting and recommending suitable beauty products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers.

Market Development:

• Identify new market opportunities and potential distribution channels.
• Conduct market surveys and gather information on customer preferences and buying behavior.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to management.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain a database of customers and prospects within assigned territories.

Retail and Distribution Support:

• Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure adequate product availability and visibility.
• Support product merchandising and display activities at partner stores.
• Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory concerns to management.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Report on territory performance and achievement of sales targets.

Salary
N150,000 per month.

Other Benefits for the role includes:

• Sales commission
