Resurgir Consulting - Our client, a renewable energy solutions provider offering both on-grid and off-grid power solutions. It serves individuals, SMEs, government institutions, and other organizations seeking cost-effective, reliable, and sustainable electricity solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Support (Female)

Location:  Behind Summit Bible Church, Games Village, Kaura District, Abuja.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
EmploymentType: Onsite
Start Date: 1st July

Job Summary

• Ideal candidate will assist the sales team in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, preparing sales documentation, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and prospects.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Educate customers on renewable energy solutions and products.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Contribute towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 1 -2years. Preferred Gender: Female
• Age Range: 24–28 Years
• Basic solar energy literacy.
• Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
• Basic product and competitor knowledge.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• High level of integrity and KYC discipline.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Ability to communicate in local languages is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 / month
