Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our online presence and create engaging content that promotes our products, brand, and customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions for social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build an online community.
• Track and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote products and campaigns.
• Cover in-store activities, product launches, and promotional events.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• A portfolio of previous social media work or content samples is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing tools.

Other Requirements:

• Must be creative, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Lekki, Lagos.
• Experience in the technology, gadgets, or retail industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Competitive salary;  N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
