Job Title: Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Integration Officer

About The Job
The Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH) Assistant at Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa a Nigeria (EYN) is a field-based role focusing on increasing access to sexual and reproductive information and services for women and girls in Northeast Nigeria (Pulka, Gwoza L.G.A Borno State).
This role involves enhancing access to services, strengthening referral systems for adolescent care, and building the capacity of partners and staff on GBV/ASRH issues to improve youth health outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
The ASRH ASSISTANT will be responsible for the following, including those not listed but are extensions of those expressly stated:
Conduct group education sessions and individual counselling on sexual reproductive health services.
Conduct Comprehensive sexuality Sessions and Parent group session for adolescents and caregivers.
Provide guidance in education sessions to Community Health volunteers on Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health services respectively
Implement the safe motherhood session with Pregnant adolescent.
Adapt all relevant ASRH IEC materials for the program facilities as well as ensure re-printing of important ASRH publications for dissemination.
Participate and assist in organizing the sensitization campaign on ASRH services in the community.
Organize campaigns related to ASRH
Organize community dialogue meeting with- religious and community leaders to introduce ASRH services/ Youth friendly corners and mobilize their support
Present the project progress and data related to the programs during the health coordination meeting.
Provide weekly, monthly reports of the activities

Requirements
A Diploma or B.Sc. in any related sciences or Public Health field
2 years of working experience and implementing ASRH program in emergencies.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
Knowledge & Skills:

Experience in capacity building and training program development.
Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including adolescents.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods.
