Incel Tourism LLC is one of the leading Destination Management Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with a full fledge office in Lagos, Nigeria to cater for the growing Sub Saharan African market. As a licensed Inbound Tour Operator in UAE, the services we render to visitors, tourists and business travelers include taking care of all their travel arrangements including Visas, Flight Tickets, Hotel Booking, Tour Services and also MICE.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Visa Specialist

Location: Lagos

Position Summary

  • The Visa Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing services for clients traveling to various destinations worldwide.
  • The role requires deep expertise in immigration requirements, visa documentation, embassy procedures, travel regulations, and customer advisory services.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in the travel and tourism industry, with substantial hands-on experience in visa processing, immigration advisory services, embassy liaison, and travel documentation management.

Key Responsibilities
Visa Advisory and Consultation:

  • Provide professional visa advisory services to individual, corporate, and government clients.
  • Advise clients on visa eligibility requirements, supporting documents, processing timelines, and immigration regulations.
  • Conduct detailed document reviews to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.

Visa Processing and Documentation:

  • Manage end-to-end visa application processes for multiple destinations.
  • Review, verify, and submit visa applications accurately and within established timelines.
  • Prepare supporting documentation, application forms, cover letters, travel itineraries, and related submissions.
  • Monitor visa application progress and provide regular updates to clients.

Embassy and Consular Relations:

  • Maintain professional relationships with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, and immigration authorities.
  • Stay updated on changing immigration policies, visa requirements, travel advisories, and embassy procedures.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve visa-related issues and escalations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the visa application process.
  • Manage high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, expatriates, and executive travelers.
  • Address client concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all visa applications comply with applicable immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential visa risks and documentation deficiencies before submission.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive documentation.

Team Leadership and Process Improvement:

  • Mentor junior visa consultants and provide technical guidance on complex visa cases.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and best practices for visa processing.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Administration;:

  • Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, refusals, and client communications.
  • Prepare periodic reports on visa processing performance, turnaround times, and success rates.
  • Monitor visa processing KPIs and service-level agreements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Visa application success rate.
  • Average visa processing turnaround time.
  • Customer satisfaction score.
  • Number of visa applications processed monthly.
  • Documentation accuracy rate.
  • Client retention and repeat business rate.
  • Compliance with visa and immigration regulations.
  • Resolution rate for escalated visa cases.
  • Response time to client inquiries.
  • Revenue generated from visa services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in International Relations, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years' proven experience in Visa Processing, Immigration Services, Travel Consultancy, or Travel Operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of visa requirements and immigration procedures for major destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Schengen States, UAE, Australia, and other key travel destinations.
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex visa applications and travel documentation.
  • Experience working with travel agencies, immigration consultancies, embassies, or visa processing centres is highly desirable.
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
