We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ogba / Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinate recruitment aactivities for technical and non-technical roles
• Prepare and post job advertisement accross appropriate channels
• Screen applications, schedule interviews and cconduct reference checks
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain employee records and update the HR information system
• Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
• Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate employee welfare programmes and initiatives
• Conduct performance appraisals for promotions andsalary reviews
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Salary
N130000  - N150000 monthly
