Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving the company's online presence, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, managing digital advertising campaigns, supporting sales conversion efforts, and engaging customers across all social media platforms.
The role requires a results-oriented individual who can create compelling content, execute marketing strategies, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth objectives in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Growth:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain an active online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
Lead Generation:
Design and execute social media campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads for solar products and services.
Develop lead magnets, promotional offers, and content that encourage customer inquiries and conversions.
Track, nurture, and manage leads generated through social media channels.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize advertising performance to maximize reach, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, creatives, and audience targeting.
Manage advertising budgets effectively and provide regular performance reports.
Sales Conversion Support:
Support the sales team by developing content and campaigns that drive customer interest and purchase decisions.
Follow up on social media inquiries and convert prospects into appointments, consultations, or sales opportunities.
Maintain customer engagement throughout the sales journey.
Assist in developing sales funnels and customer nurturing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media, lead generation, and advertising performance metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign results, and recommendations.
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising tools.
Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, writing, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed marketing decisions.
