Job Title: Capital Acquisition Specialist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Financial Advisor to lead investor acquisition and capital mobilization.
• This is a dedicated, standalone role focused exclusively on attracting and converting high-value investors to achieve a monthly capital inflow target of ₦5M–₦10M.
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in investment mobilization and the confidence to engage high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors independently.

Key Responsibilties
Investor Sourcing & Acquisition:

• Identify and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, family offices, and corporate partners
• Build and maintain a qualified investor pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and investment forums
• Schedule and lead investor presentations and meetings.

Investor Relationship Management:

• Manage the full investor lifecycle from lead generation through to funding and retention
• Handle investor inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
• Drive repeat investments through consistent engagement and follow-up.

Investment Structuring & Deal Support:

• Collaborate with management to structure competitive investment products
• Support the development of pitch decks, financial models, and investment memorandums
• Ensure transparency and compliance across all investment offerings.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Submit structured weekly and monthly reports covering funds raised, pipeline status, and performance gaps
• Recommend improvements based on data and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in investment mobilization, financial advisory, or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of investor acquisition and capital raising
• Strong network within investor communities is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver without close supervision.

Monthly Targets & KPIs

• Minimum capital raise: N5 Million | Stretch target: N10 Million
• Investor conversion rate
• Number of new investors onboarded
• Average ticket size per investor
• Investor retention and reinvestment rate.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary: N250,000 – N300,000/month (subject to minimum 50% fund mobilization performance from Month 1)
• Commission: 2.5% (one-off) on every fund mobilized, paid out at 80% target actualization
• Major investment-related travel fully sponsored by the company.
