Job Title: Medical Sales Trainee (MST)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kogi, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers & Sokoto

Job Summary

  • Savalor HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company seeking ambitious and driven graduates to join its Medical Sales Trainee Programme.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in pharmaceutical sales while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive sales and product training programmes.
  • Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers under supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits and product detailing sessions.
  • Support demand generation initiatives and market development activities.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, medical outreaches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Learn and apply ethical pharmaceutical selling practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology, Anatomy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Public Health, or other health-related disciplines.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • 0–3 years post-graduate experience.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, confident, and target-driven.
