In support of our ongoing network expansion and fibre deployment programmes, we seek to engage highly competent, skilled, and self-motivated rollout and fiber professionals to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Rollout Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure search and acquisition exercise is promptly conducted by team.
• Ensure Legal/Technical validation is promptly conducted (including site redesign/revalidation where necessary).
• Approve site layout drawings with contractors and make appropriate recommendations where required.
• Coordinate prompt kick-off of sites by team with sign-off the appropriate QCP forms.
• Oversee the prompt deployment of all approved infrastructure.
• Ensure sites are RFl within 10 days of tower delivery to sites,
• Ensure prompt deployment of Infra to sites and prompt installations by EMCs and RF vendors.
• Manage, resolve and promptly escalate all blocking issues on sites.
• Renegotiate and finalize lease renewal terms with concerned landlords on all expiring leases.
• Manage regulatory issues that may arise on site and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure End to end ownership of all acquisition, construction and integration related issues on site.
• Manage all stakeholders to ensure proper, uninterrupted building of new sites and running of operational sites.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Enginsering, Building Engineering, Estate Management, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Master's Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of S years' experience in acquisition and rollout of sites.
• Skills: Planning, Team Coordination, Negotiation, Analytical, Communication, Problem solving & Decision- making skills.
• Upholding Quality, Integrity and Continuous Improvement.
