Job Title: Senior Medical Sales Representative (SMSR)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Jigawa, Kano, Kebbi, Kogi, Nasarawa, Niger, Sokoto & Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Savalor HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company for the role of Senior Medical Sales Representative (SMSR).
  • We are seeking experienced, results-driven professionals with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory growth.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Execute territory coverage plans and product presentations effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
  • Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand reputation at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience managing hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professional accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
