Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Process orders accurately and provide timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and digital tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service, Customer Sales, Sales Support, or a related role.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
