Job Title: Technology Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

• The Technology Manager will oversee IT infrastructure, ensure the security and integrity of systems and data, and drive digital solutions that support business growth and service excellence
• This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with proven technology management experience in the microfinance or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilties

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, systems and operations for optimal performance and availability.
• Ensure system security, data protection and business continuity in line with regulatory standards.
• Optimise technology resources and resolve issues to minimise downtime and disruption
• Lead digital initiatives, process automation and adoption of innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
• Provide reports, insights and recommendations to support continous improvement and strategic decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a technology management role within a Microfinance Bank or similar financial institution
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, networks and data management best practices.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skil
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated and target-driven environment.
