Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and strategic professional to join our organization as Chief Executive Officer
• The successful candidate will bring solid leadership capacity sound business judgment and demonstrated experience within the microfinance sector.
• This is a mid-level leadership role designed for a driven professional ready to champion growth, operational excellence and sustainable organizational success.

Key Responsibilties

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day business operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive business growth plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks and internal operational standards
• Recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams to consistently meet and exceed defined performance targets
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, investors, and business partners
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets effectively, and implement strategies to drive sustained profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in a Microfinance Bank or similar financial institution.
• Proven track record of effective leadership, people management, and organizational development.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
