Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple outlets.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, profitability, compliance, and team performance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple outlets.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all locations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor outlet performance through regular reviews, audits, and performance reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and manage Outlet Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure outlets maintain excellent customer service standards and brand consistency.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• At least 3 years' experience managing multiple outlets as an Outlet Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar operational leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing outlet performance, profitability, and people across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of QSR operations, inventory management, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.

Salary
N400,000 - 600,000 monthly.
