We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary

  • Polaris Digitech Limited is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions.
  • The role will drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Drive performance management systems linked to organizational objectives
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness
  • Partner with leadership to improve organizational design, productivity, and culture
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and change management initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support decision-making
  • Identify capability gaps and implement learning & development strategies
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and best HR practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial & Labour Relations, or related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is mandatory
  • Master’s degree in HR or related field is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
