Job Description
As we prepare for our official platform launch, we are looking for a highly creative and strategic social media & content manager to help build and position our brand across digital platforms.
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organizedsocial media & content manager to lead our online presence, content planning, brand communication, and audience engagement across major digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should understand how to build brand visibility, create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and communicate the value of architectural designs, home plans, and residential design services to the right audience.
This role requires someone who can think beyond posting graphics — we need a content-driven professional who can help shape Dwelcore’s voice, grow our audience, and support the company’s launch and long-term marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Plan launch campaigns for new stock home plans and design collections.
Write compelling captions, hooks, post copy, and short-form video scripts.
Work with our design and visualization team to turn floor plans, renderings, and design concepts into strong marketing content.
Create or coordinate branded graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and promotional posts.
Grow Dwelcore’s audience and engagement across social media platforms.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, home design trends, and content opportunities.
Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Develop content that targets homeowners, builders, developers, real estate professionals, and home plan buyers.
Support brand storytelling, founder visibility, and thought-leadership content.
Track social media performance and provide weekly/monthly reports with recommendations.
Suggest creative ideas to improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation and plan sales.
Coordinate with internal team members to collect project updates, renders, floor plans, and other marketing materials.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, agency, or professional service business.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and short-form content strategy.
Excellent writing skills for captions, brand storytelling, campaign copy, and promotional content.
Experience creating content calendars and managing consistent posting schedules.
Basic graphic design ability using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Experience with reels, short videos, carousels, and platform-specific content formats.
Ability to understand and market visual/design-based products.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and report clearly.
Good understanding of content performance, analytics, and audience growth.
Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, home building, or home improvement is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with architectural, real estate, construction, or home design brands.
Knowledge of Pinterest marketing and SEO-friendly content for visual products.
Ability to create simple video edits using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Experience planning brand launch campaigns.
Experience with email marketing, blog content, or website content is an added advantage.
Ability to work with remote teams and manage content assets from Google Drive, Slack, or similar platforms.
