We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Officer

Locations: Ikoyi, Lagos, and Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Field Officer will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, loan monitoring, deposit mobilization, and business development activities within assigned locations.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a key representative of the Bank in the field, promoting our products and services while supporting customers in achieving their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new customers for the Bank's products and services.
  • Mobilize deposits and support the growth of the Bank's customer base.
  • Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, monitoring, and relationship management.
  • Assess potential customers and provide information on available financial solutions.
  • Support loan origination, monitoring, and recovery activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities.
  • Promote the Bank's products and services within assigned communities and business clusters.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and business growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  • Prepare periodic activity and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, microfinance, banking, or field operations will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business environment is an advantage.
