Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, professional, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company personnel, visitors, documents, and materials while ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained and operated in accordance with road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, executives, visitors, and materials to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers and deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation, including licenses, insurance, and registration, are valid and up to date.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of official documents and parcels when required.
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle-related issues promptly to management.
• Support administrative and logistics operations as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, NECO, or GCE certificate.
• Possession of a valid Nigerian Driver's License.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven driving experience in a corporate, manufacturing, or reputable organization.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads, routes, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Good understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required.
• A valid LASDRI Certificate (where applicable) and defensive driving certification will be an added advantage.
