We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Overview

• As Supply Chain Officer, you’ll manage the flow of materials and products from suppliers to our workshop and out to customers. You’ll work closely with production, sales, and management to ensure we have the right materials at the right time, at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement: Source fabrics, leather, hardware, and packaging from reliable suppliers. Negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Inventory Control: Track raw materials and finished goods. Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
• Production Support: Coordinate with tailors and craftsmen to ensure materials are available for production schedules.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Arrange deliveries for raw materials and customer orders. Liaise with dispatch riders and logistics partners.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate performance, and onboard new vendors when needed.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on inventory levels, purchases, and delivery status for management.
• Cost & Quality Control: Monitor material costs and ensure quality standards are met without overpaying.

Requirements

• 3 years + experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics. Fashion/retail experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Lagos markets and supplier networks for fabrics, leather, and accessories.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with inventory apps is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Based in Lagos and available for occasional market visits and supplier meetings.
