Job Title: Technical Assistant (Chief of Staff)

Location:  Lagos

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Drive CEO priorities across all functions. Track high-impact initiatives. Identify and escalate risks.
• Executive Operations: Manage CEO’s time, calendar, and communications. Prepare for board, investor, and media engagements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Break down silos. Drive alignment between leadership teams. Own the accountability rhythm.
• Data & Insight: Research, synthesize, and present information that shapes executive decisions.
• Communication & Culture: Shape internal messaging. Organise leadership sessions and strategic offsites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management, operations, strategy, legal, or consulting role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you write with precision and speak with authority
• Proven record in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder management
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Proficiency in using technology to organise, track, and accelerate work.
