We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid / Remote as may be determined by the Company)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Head of Business Development

Job Summary

  • Nexus Ark Resource Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth, generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and strengthen the Company's market presence.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue generation across the Company's HR, recruitment, outsourcing, training, and business support services.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and business development engagements.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and negotiations to achieve successful conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and sales activities.

Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Company's services.
  • Manage and grow the Company's online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content, including articles, graphics, videos, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, training programs, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on marketing effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure timely response to client inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and client satisfaction levels.
  • Support client retention and relationship-building initiatives.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, meetings, and business development activities.
  • Track marketing metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Sales & Marketing Officer shall be assessed based on:

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Number of client meetings scheduled and attended.
  • Proposal submissions completed.
  • Conversion rate from lead to paying client.
  • Monthly revenue generated.
  • Growth in social media engagement and brand visibility.
  • Number of strategic partnerships established.
  • Marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
