Job Summary

• The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, supporting budget implementation, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures across assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Process payments, invoices, and expense claims.
• Maintain general ledger accounts.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Monitor inventory-related financial transactions.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Support payroll processing activities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Support internal and external audit exercises.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant accounting experience.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
