We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Lead (Intermediate, Specialist, Consultant)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering and technical delivery activities
• Guide developers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and technical quality assurance
• Coordinate development activities across technical teams
• Support project estimation, planning, and risk management
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards
• Collaborate with Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Support deployment and release management activities
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guidelines

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience depending on role level (Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Demonstrated experience working in enterprise scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross functional collaboration
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrated experience working within enterprise technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under delivery timelines and changing priorities
• Strong experience with application development, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control
• Understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and performance considerations
• Ability to follow enterprise coding and governance standards
• Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
• Understanding of root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
• Ability to maintain technical documentation, release notes, and implementation artefacts
• Experience working within governance and quality assurance frameworks
• Ability to implement secure coding and deployment practices
• Understanding of logging, auditability, and access management standards
• Ability to support multiple projects and technical initiatives
• Ability to go onboard quickly into new technologies and enterprise environments
• Understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and performance considerations
• Ability to follow coding and documentation standards.
