Job Summary

• The Digital Marketing & Creative Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales growth.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Team Lead to drive lead generation, strengthen our brand presence, and lead our creative team towards achieving business objectives.
• The role will also provide leadership to the Creative Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content, branding, and marketing campaigns aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage the company's online presence across social media, website, and digital platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop and manage content calendars and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales and CRM teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Creative Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the Creative Team to ensure timely delivery of quality content and campaigns.
• Oversee content creation, graphic design, videography, photography, and brand communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, videos, and campaigns before publication.
• Drive innovation and introduce new creative ideas to enhance the company's visibility and market positioning.
• Manage departmental workflow, performance, and productivity.

Performance & Reporting:

• Develop monthly marketing plans and departmental KPIs.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Recommend strategies for improving lead quality, brand awareness, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing content production.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
