Job Title: Verification Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• A Verification Lead is responsible for overseeing the verification team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer, employee, agent, or client information through proper verification processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the verification team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Review and verify customer, agent, employee, or client information and documentation.
• Ensure all verification activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support where necessary.
• Investigate discrepancies, suspicious information, and fraudulent activities.
• Maintain accurate verification records and reports.
• Develop and improve verification processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve verification-related issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on verification outcomes and team performance.
• Ensure timely completion of verification requests within agreed service levels.

Salary
N180,000 - N220,000 monthly.
