Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the technology infrastructure, digital systems, cybersecurity operations, and IT support functions across both Proforce Galaxies Limited and Proforce Intelligence Systems.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of enterprise IT systems within highly technical and security-sensitive environments.
• The candidate should also have a good understanding of satellite technology operations, intelligence systems, cybersecurity practices, networking, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
• This role requires an individual who can effectively manage IT operations supporting engineering teams, software developers, cybersecurity analysts, intelligence operations, and business systems across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of both organizations.
• Oversee servers, networks, internet systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure optimal cybersecurity practices, endpoint protection, firewall management, and data security.
• Monitor and maintain system availability, uptime, and performance across all departments.
• Provide IT support for engineering, satellite technology, intelligence, and administrative operations.
• Manage user access control, IT policies, backups, disaster recovery, and system documentation.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Support internal communication systems, surveillance systems, and operational technology infrastructure.
• Work closely with software developers, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and technical departments.
• Implement IT strategies that improve operational efficiency and technological scalability.
• Manage procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and assets.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and organizational policies.
• Lead and supervise the internal IT support team where necessary.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative IT solutions relevant to space, intelligence, and security operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Networking and Systems Administration
  • Cybersecurity and Information Security
  • Windows/Linux Server Management
  • Cloud Services and Virtualization
  • Firewalls, VPNs, and Endpoint Security
  • Database and Backup Management
  • Enterprise IT Support.
• Experience managing organizational IT infrastructure in a technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with intelligence systems, surveillance technologies, satellite communication environments, or defense-related IT systems is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certifications, AWS, ITIL, or CISSP will be an added advantage.
