Job Summary

• Pakeji by Cremco is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to help build one of Nigeria's fastest-growing branding, printing, fabrications, and event branding companies.
• If you love creating designs that don't just look good but get printed, fabricated, installed, and seen by thousands of people, this role is for you.
• Pakeji delivers premium event branding, exhibition booths, signage, packaging, large-format printing, corporate branding materials, and promotional products for businesses across Nigeria. We handle everything from concept to production and installation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design social media creatives and marketing campaigns
• Create print-ready artwork for banners, flyers, brochures, signage, packaging, and branded merchandise
• Develop event branding concepts, exhibition booth visuals, and mockups
• Prepare production files for printing and fabrication
• Create realistic visual presentations for clients
• Support the marketing team with website and advertising creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Work closely with production and project teams to ensure accurate execution

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
• Ability to create clean, professional, and modern designs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating your design skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for print production
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW
• Experience with exhibition booth or event branding designs
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
• Experience creating AI-assisted designs
