We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Credit Officer

Location: Bwari, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new customers for the company's loan products.
• Conduct field visits and customer verification exercises.
• Assess clients' creditworthiness and collect relevant documentation.
• Educate customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies.
• Monitor loan utilization and ensure compliance with lending requirements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan repayments.
• Manage and grow an assigned loan portfolio while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Achieve assigned disbursement, collection, and recovery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification in any discipline.
• Previous experience in microfinance, lending, credit administration, sales, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of the Bwari Axis and surrounding areas.
• Basic computer literacy and report-writing skills.

Benefits

• Salary: N130,000 Monthly
• Pension Contribution + 0.3% Commission upon achievement of assigned targets.
