Job Summary

• The Events & Experiences Lead is responsible for driving the commercial success and guest experience of a destination venue by owning the full lifecycle of events and experiences from sales and bookings through execution and post-event evaluation.
• This role combines commercial leadership, experience design, and operational excellence to increase venue utilization, grow revenue, create memorable guest experiences, and build a loyal community of repeat visitors.
• The successful candidate will act as a business owner for the events function, developing scalable systems, growing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen the venue's market position.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive and own event bookings across weddings, corporate functions, conferences, private celebrations, and special activations.
• Develop and optimize pricing structures, packages, and promotional offerings to maximize revenue and venue utilization.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective relationship management and sales processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, community groups, and repeat customers.
• Design and implement memorable experiences that strengthen guest engagement and encourage repeat visitation.
• Develop themed events, loyalty programs, milestone celebrations, and community-focused activations.
• Collaborate with food and beverage teams to create bundled offerings that enhance guest value and increase spend per booking.
• Plan and execute seasonal and special-event programs that maintain year-round customer interest.
• Lead end-to-end event execution, from initial briefing and planning through on-site delivery and post-event review.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations and high service standards.
• Manage event support staff and vendors, ensuring quality, professionalism, and adherence to operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 4 - 7 years of experience in events management, hospitality, experience design, leisure, or related industries.
• Proven track record of delivering commercially successful events and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience managing large-scale events and coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop pricing strategies, event packages, and client acquisition initiatives.
• Experience with venue operations, hospitality services, or customer experience management is highly desirable.
• Strong professional network within the events, hospitality, corporate, or entertainment sectors is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly Gross.
