Job Title: CNC Machining Centre Operator (Biesse Rover Multi Go)

Job Summary

• Experienced CNC Operator required for the Biesse Rover Multi Go machining centre. Responsible for precision milling, drilling, nesting, routing, and multi-processing of wood panels/solid wood in furniture and cabinetry production. Strong proficiency in Solid, ArtCAM, and AutoCAD is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate the Biesse Rover Multi Go CNC machine.
• Create and optimise programs using bSolid (primary), supported by ArtCAM and AutoCAD.
• Manage tool changers, spindles, nesting tables, and simulate operations to ensure accuracy.
• Perform tool changes, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and minimise waste through efficient nesting.
• Follow production schedules and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 4–7 years hands-on experience with the Biesse Rover Multi Go or similar Biesse Rover CNC centres.
• Advanced knowledge of bSolid, ArtCAM, and AutoCAD for design and toolpath generation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with woodworking materials.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and physical fitness for workshop environment.
