We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• You will work directly with the Founder & CEO across two functions,day-to-day operations and Social media execution. Everything you need to do the social media job is already built: graphics, captions, hashtags, and a weekly content calendar. You execute, not create from scratch.

Responsibilities
Executive Assistant:

• Manage the Founder's calendar, inbox, and scheduling
• Handle partnerships@clavishealth.ng and hello@clavishealth.ng daily
• Research and profile hospitals, HMOs, labs, and insurers for outreach
• Prepare proposals, pitch materials, and follow-up correspondence
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline tracker
• Coordinate with lawyers, vendors, and regulatory contacts
• Flag all deadlines at least 7 days in advance

Social Media:

• Post 3 - 4 times per week on @clavishealth using the provided content calendar
• Post a minimum of 3 Stories daily — educational, engagement, and CTA
• Reply to every comment andDM
• Engage daily withtarget audience accounts
• Follow new relevant accounts per day
• Submit a weekly Instagram Insights report every Friday

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years EA, operations, or administrative experience
• Proven experience managing a professional Instagram business account
• Excellent written English,able to draft a CMO-level email independently
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Highly organised, proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Background in healthcare, digital health, or pharma
• Experience managing social media for a health or tech brand
• Familiarity with Lagos's hospital and HMO ecosystem
• Understanding of Instagram organic growth and analytics.
