We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Teller

Location: Ekwulobia, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Communication: Bank tellers are the first point of contact for customers. They greet clients, answer questions, provide information about banking services, and assist with account inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Transaction Handling: Tellers process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, check cashing, and currency conversions. They ensure all amounts are accurately recorded in the bank’s system
• Cash Management: Maintaining cash accuracy is critical. Tellers balance their cash drawers, handle large amounts of money responsibly, and reconcile discrepancies at the end of the day
• Product Promotion: Tellers often inform customers about bank products such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and insurance policies. They may explain benefits, costs, and potential risks, helping customers make informed financial decisions
• Administrative and Compliance Duties: Tellers perform back-office tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and reporting. They must adhere to bank policies, federal regulations, and internal procedures to ensure compliance
• Problem Resolution: Tellers address customer complaints or issues, escalating complex matters to branch managers or other departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Age between 20-25 years
• Qualifications: OND, HND, NCE
• Gender: Male and Female
• Strictly for somebody staying in Ekwulobia, Anambra State.

Salary
N130,000 - N140,000 monthly.
