About the Role

• A restaurant in Lekki is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office/Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing online customer interactions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide information on products, meals, and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team.
• Process payments and issue receipts where applicable.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer messages, inquiries, and orders received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues where necessary.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in the use of WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and record-keeping.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry is an added advantage.

Salary range
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
