Job Title: Community Representative

Location: Epe, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Epe for a Community Representative.
• The Community Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the community, engaging with community members, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Daily responsibilities include organizing and executing outreach efforts, representing the organization at events, promoting services, addressing community inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in public health, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Sales or related activities
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and building community trust
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and adapt to varying needs
• Knowledge of local communities in Epe is an advantage.
