Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as the primary HSE representative onboard the FSO, providing day-to-day supervision of:

• Marine activities
• Crude oil storage and export operations
• Vessel interface management
• Offshore logistics
• Cargo transfer activities
• Contractor operations
• Emergency preparedness initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Marine Studies, Physical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years' HSE experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years in a field-based HSE supervisory role supporting production, drilling, well intervention, construction, or marine operations.
• Demonstrated experience working in swamp, offshore, onshore, and marine environments.
• Knowledge of incident investigation methodologies such as RCA, TapRooT, or similar techniques.
• Relevant HSE Certifications are also required.
