Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused HR professional to lead our People Operations function and support organizational growth.

About the Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, culture development, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and organizational effectiveness across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement performance management systems
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, and contract renewals
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and organizational policies
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Produce HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights
• Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years progressive HR experience
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Recognized HR certification is an added advantage
• Experience working within consulting, education, technology, professional services, or workforce development environments is preferred.
