• The person who helps turn inquiries into relationships and clients into loyal advocates.
• You understand that great service begins before an event day.
• You are confident communicating with clients, organized with follow-ups, and passionate about creating a seamless experience from first contact to final delivery.
• This role is for someone who thinks from the client's perspective and takes pride in building trust.
