Job Title: Senior Operations Associate

Job Description

• We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to join our strategy and operations team as a Senior Operations Associate owning the daily operations of our stores.
• You'll be the person making sure stores are stocked, orders go out on time, and everything behind the scenes runs without a hitch.
• This role is the engine room of store operations. You’ll handle the bulk of operational tasks, data checks, and system follow-ups that keep everything running smoothly and make sure vendors, riders, and agents are set up for success every day.

Responsibilities
In this role you'll be required to:

• Own daily operations across stores including readiness and order fulfillment SLAs
• Coordinate stock runs, SKU availability, and escalations across stores
• Manage ground-level relationships with local suppliers, and distributors
• Own distribution of vendor partner assets and rider-facing assets
• Supervise store agents and Inventory Associates  across SOP adherence, performance gaps, and coordination
• Lead new store setup and expansion execution to ensure go-live readiness
• Track daily metrics (order volume, OOS, SLA breaches) and escalate key flags

Requirements
You’re perfect for the Senior Operations Associate role if you:

• Have 2 - 5 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or field execution
• Have experience managing vendors or suppliers on the ground
• Are comfortable with data - Google Sheets, dashboards
• Have strong follow-through; you close loops and hold people accountable
• Are Lagos-based and available for field work
• Have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to keep going when things get tough.
