Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Oversee regular payroll computations, cross-referencing field time-sheets, harvest piece-rates, and task-based wage metrics.
Administer statutory requirements, worker compensation claims, health provisions, and localized field incentives.
Employee Relations & Dispute Resolution:
Act as the primary focal point for industrial harmony, proactively resolving conflicts between field staff, supervisors, and external local community elements.
Promote a fair, non-discriminatory workplace culture that acknowledges the physically demanding realities of continuous field production.
Health, Safety & Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure farm operations comply explicitly with Nigerian labor laws, agricultural safety mandates, and localized industrial guidelines.
Collaborate with farm safety coordinators to institutionalize personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, field safety training, and incident logging.

Added Advantage: Active professional certifications from recognized professional bodies (e.g., CIPM - Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, SHRM, or CIPD).
Experience Profiles:
A strictly verified window of 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience actively driving full-spectrum HR operations.

Personal Attributes & Mobility:
Mobility: Unconditional, proactive willingness to live and work long-term at the farm location in Elele, Rivers State.
