Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Ijesha, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our syringe production team.
• This role is vital to ensuring that every syringe meets strict regulatory, safety, and quality standards before reaching healthcare providers and patients.

 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished syringes for compliance with specifications.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities in production.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality control within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
