This role is ideal for someone based in Abuja who wants to build a long-term career in international hospitality operations, Airbnb/Booking.com support, guest communication, booking management and digital property operations.
Nexa Stays manages a growing portfolio of serviced apartments and townhouses in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our properties are listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo and our direct booking website. As the business grows, we are building a strong Nigeria-based support team to help manage our booking platforms, calendars, guest enquiries, listing checks, Tokeet updates and daily operational reporting.

Job Description
We are seeking to employ Senior OTA & Guest Operations Coordinator. This is a serious digital operations role for someone who can take ownership, work carefully, communicate clearly and help ensure our properties are always visible, bookable, accurate and well-managed.
The successful candidate will support the digital side of our UK property operations. Physical property visits, key handling, cleaning inspections and maintenance visits will be handled by our UK operations team.
Your role is to monitor booking platforms, identify issues early, communicate with guests professionally and escalate anything that requires action from the UK team.
The ideal candidate is organised, dependable, commercially aware and serious about long-term growth. We need someone who understands that quick replies, accurate calendars, clear guest communication and proper follow-up can directly affect bookings and business performance.
This role has long-term growth potential. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to progress into a more senior OTA operations, guest experience, revenue support, property operations coordination or team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor property calendars daily across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo, Tokeet and other booking systems.
Check new bookings, cancellations, booking changes, blocked dates and calendar availability.
Identify empty dates, weak occupancy periods, calendar gaps and possible booking opportunities.
Help prevent calendar errors, sync issues and double-booking risks.
Respond professionally to guest enquiries across approved platforms and communication channels.
Support availability enquiries, long-stay enquiries, contractor bookings, corporate bookings, check-in questions and check-out communication.
Follow approved guest message templates while maintaining a warm, clear and professional tone.
Follow up booking enquiries so strong leads do not go cold.
Identify high-value booking opportunities and escalate them to management where needed.
Monitor OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and Vrbo for alerts, messages, listing issues and booking updates.
Check listing details such as titles, descriptions, amenities, guest capacity, photos, house rules, availability and pricing display.
Report listing errors, platform issues, poor visibility, review concerns or anything that may affect booking performance.
Learn and use Tokeet to check reservations, availability, calendar sync, platform connections and booking updates.
Escalate urgent matters quickly to the UK operations team, including guest complaints, lockout issues, cleaner concerns, maintenance problems, double-booking risks, refund requests or serious platform errors.
Help improve booking performance through careful monitoring, clear communication and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
Must be based in Nigeria. Abuja-based candidates are strongly preferred.
Must be able to work during agreed UK working hours.
Strong written English is essential.

Serviced accommodation or short-term rental operations.
Customer service.
Guest communication.
Direct booking or sales enquiry follow-up.
Working with UK, US or international clients.
Spreadsheets, CRM tools or reporting systems.
Remuneration
Starting Salary is N400,000 / Month for the first 3 months. After the probationary period, salary may increase to ₦500,000 per month based on performance, reliability, communication quality, calendar accuracy and contribution to booking performance.
